A housebuilder in Towcester is hosting a family-friendly event to celebrate the relaunch of its showhomes.

Community fun day comes to Towcester development for showhome relaunch

Redrow Homes South Midlands will open the doors to the revamped Bay, Cedar and Rowan showhomes at its Ash Gardens development, on Burcote Road, from 11.30am-4.30pm on Saturday 11 May. Visitors can also enjoy a glass of fizz, or an alcohol-free alternative, from the on-hand prosecco van, while a children’s entertainer will keep younger guests mesmerised with magic tricks and balloon modelling.

The event takes place as Redrow Homes South Midlands announces the launch of Ash Garden’s third phase, which will see a further 77 homes released onto the market. This includes the Rowan, a beautifully balanced three-bedroom home which combines character and elegance with practical living spaces.

Large families will also appreciate the Bay and the Cedar, two magnificent four-bedroom detached homes. Both feature master bedrooms benefitting from a luxury en-suite shower room, and there is plenty of space, including a separate kitchen, family/dining area, lounge, utility and cloak rooms.

Tonia Tyler, sales director of Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Our developments are built with families in mind, and Ash Gardens is no exception, so we are pleased to invite the people of Towcester and surrounding areas to see our revamped showhomes for themselves.

“We are also thrilled to announce the release of 77 new homes. The previous phases proved extremely popular, and we’re sure that our award-winning Heritage Collection will continue to create interest with buyers who are looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior.

“Redrow Homes provides comfortable homes with individual styles, alongside the option for bespoke finishing touches. We’d invite anyone who loves the idea of spacious, luxury living to come and visit our show homes and see the stunning designs for themselves.”

Set in stunning Northamptonshire countryside, Ash Gardens offers a choice of three, four and five-bedroom properties in the historic Roman market town of Towcester. With outstanding local schools and direct trains to London Euston in under an hour, the development is ideal for families looking to enjoy the fresh air of the country.
